Past Summer Camps
Discover the Magic of Art at Brightside's "Creative Explorers: Art Adventure Camp" (June 24 – August 30, 2024)
Summer Camp Registration Fee is $75 per child (ELRC covers the cost for subsidy-eligible families).
Summer Camp Activity Fee is $40 for the first enrolled child and $20 for each additional child from the same household. Maximum out-of-pocket cost for Activity Fees is $100. This fee covers camp materials, a camp T-shirt, Field Trips, Special Guests, and Summer Camp Swag.
Summer camp Weekly Fees are covered by the ELRC for subsidy-eligible families. The ELRC will make eligibility and copay determinations. The Weekly Fee Schedule is available upon request for families who are ineligible for subsidized childcare.

Our Approach
Thematic Learning: S.T.E.A.M
Our curriculum embraces a S.T.E.A.M approach, engaging children in science, technology, engineering, art, and math to foster inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. This summer, we dive deep into all realms of art, exploring its multifaceted traditional and nontraditional forms.
Daily Fun and Field Trips
Our campers enjoy days packed with self-directed learning, active play, rest, and plenty of activities. Campers can look forward to weekly field trips and in-house experiences that complement their learning experience. Past trips have included visits to local parks, movie theaters, science centers, and more, with the 2024 schedule promising new artistic adventures and musical guests.

Summer camp will be in full swing from June 24th to August 30th, catering to students from PreK to age 12! Get ready for a summer filled with excitement, exploration, and endless fun at all of our locations.

Camp Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (Weekly)
Extended Care: Before and after-care available from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
Meals: Nutritious meals provided for all students
Diverse Art Forms
Our campers will explore both traditional and nontraditional art forms. This summer is packed with creative adventures, from photography and videography to music and dance, fashion design, and so much more.
Cultural Learning
Learn about different cultural art forms like community art (murals and graffiti) and written creative expression (poems, plays, and books). Our campers will engage and learn about these art forms in the most colorful ways.
Special Guests
Our lineup of special guests includes local artists ready to unleash your child's inner Picasso, musicians who will fill the air with melodies, DJs spinning tunes to get the party started, and many more surprises along the way.
Field Trips
From in-house adventures that will ignite the imagination and spark curiosity to off-site artful, adventurous trips curated for summer fun -Summer Camp at Brightside offers something for every child!
